There's mounds of food in the main kitchen. Cooked everything I had that I've given up for Lent, so if you're hungry, please go eat it before it goes off.

Also, if anyone needs me this weekend, I'll be at the Institute working on some pinch-hit fundraising for the art show in District X later this month. If you're interested in helping, let me know. I could use a bit.

Protein. Anything that's mostly protein.

Bulking is a pain. But if I can get stronger, this is a very good thing.

Sure, I can do protein. I'm guessing you want something more than pure meat, so. How do you feel about eggs and also protein powder? I can look up some protein-heavy recipes, as well.

I've got plenty of protein powder. Use it quite a bit. Eat a lot of eggs in the morning, too.

But variety would be good. Plus, April may yet kill me if I keep drinking what she calls "Groty-ass" shakes in the morning.

We'll just make sure your protein shakes aren't grody, then. Plus add in some fun things for breakfast like sausages and things. Are you avoiding carbohydrates as well?

Not as much as I used to. When I was cutting for looks, yes. Now I'm bulking for strengths and carbs are fuel for the body. So no, not cutting them out. Not focusing on them like I am on protein, but a certain amount of carb fuel is good.
